Davis Darnall
Davis Darnall holds a B.A. in Business & Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where he also competed at the collegiate level in soccer.
With over a decade of industry experience, Davis has developed a deep technical and operational understanding of distributed energy systems. His career began in 2014 at a boutique solar and energy storage firm, where he contributed to the firm’s growth by managing full-cycle project delivery.
At DM Energy Group, Davis leads strategic development across project management, sales operations, and client consulting. His expertise lies in aligning stakeholder objectives with scalable energy solutions, optimizing system performance, and navigating complex estate infrastructure.
Outside of his professional work, Davis is committed to an active lifestyle with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys surfing, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.

Gabriel McEwen
Co-Founder, Partner
Gabriel McEwen earned his BA in Business & Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where he also played four years of collegiate soccer. He began his career at a local Santa Brabara solar company, quickly rising to Senior System Designer and Project Developer.
Gabriel brings expertise in design, drafting, AHJ coordination, and project development to every client engagement. He’s driven not only by a deep understanding of the technical side of solar and energy systems, but also by a passion for bringing people together to turn complex projects into polished, finished results.
He loves slow evenings with his wife, daughter, and dog. Cooking together, playing games, and taking walks through the neighborhood, admiring the beautiful homes and scenery.
